How much is shipping?
In Italy €5.90, free once the products in your cart reach €80. In the European Union €15.90, in the rest of the world €60. Collection from our Brindisi premises is free. You always see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
From payment confirmation: 3-5 working days in Italy, 7-14 in the European Union. Outside the EU it depends on the country and on customs checks. For personalised products, allow 1-2 extra days for preparation.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, throughout the European Union and to the rest of the world, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. Outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes: as soon as your parcel ships we email you the tracking number, so you can follow it on the courier's website.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@brindeasy.it with your order number and we will send you the instructions. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. The refund arrives within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to the same payment method. My parcel arrived damaged, or the product is wrong: what should I do?
If the parcel is damaged, accept it with a written reservation on the delivery note, photograph the damage and write to us within 48 hours. If the product is wrong or something is missing, email info@brindeasy.it within 7 days with a photo and your order number: replacement or refund is at our expense.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, with PayPal, or by bank transfer. The transfer must arrive within 3 working days, otherwise the order is cancelled. Your card details never pass through our servers: Stripe and PayPal handle them directly.
