Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services through the website brindeasy.it, operated by Brindeasy Solutions S.r.l., Via Cristoforo Colombo, 72100 Brindisi (BR), VAT: IT00000000000.

1. Products and Services

We offer two main categories:

• Physical products: souvenirs, clothing, typical Puglian products and gift items shipped to your door
• Experiences: guided tours, sailing excursions, cooking classes, tastings — bookable online

2. Prices and VAT

• All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable
• Experience prices are per person unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice; the price applied is the one at the time of order
• Shipping costs are shown separately in the order summary

3. Orders and Purchases

3.1 Purchase process

• Select products and add them to your cart
• Enter shipping details and choose payment method
• Confirm your order — you'll receive a summary email
• The order is confirmed once payment is received

3.2 Availability

Orders are fulfilled based on availability. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you to suggest alternatives or process a refund.

4. Payment

• Credit/debit card: via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal: via PayPal
• Bank transfer: payment must be received within 3 business days of the order; otherwise the order will be cancelled

Payment data does not pass through our servers and is handled directly by certified providers.

6. Experience Bookings

6.1 Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all details (time, meeting point, what to bring).

6.2 Cancellation by customer

• More than 72 hours before: full refund
• 24–72 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund

6.3 Cancellation by us

In case of bad weather, force majeure or minimum participant numbers not met, we'll offer an alternative date or full refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)

Under Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to exercise withdrawal

• Send written notice to info@brindeasy.it stating: order number, product and reason
• The return must be shipped within 14 days of notification, in original packaging and in perfect condition
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method

Products excluded from withdrawal

• Personalised or made-to-order products
• Food or perishable products already opened
• Experiences and services already provided

8. Legal Warranty

Products purchased come with a 24-month legal warranty of conformity under the Consumer Code. For defects or non-conformity, contact us within 2 months of discovery.

9. Liability

• We are not liable for delays due to carriers, force majeure or exceptional events
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud
• For experiences, participants declare they are in good physical condition and fit for the activity

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Brindeasy Solutions S.r.l. or licensed. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction. For disputes with businesses, the Court of Brindisi has jurisdiction.
