Yes: as soon as your parcel ships we email you the tracking number, so you can follow it on the courier's website.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@brindeasy.it with your order number and we will send you the instructions. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. The refund arrives within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to the same payment method. Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Full details in Shipping and Returns.

In Italy €5.90, free once the products in your cart reach €80. In the European Union €15.90, in the rest of the world €60. Collection from our Brindisi premises is free. You always see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.

If the parcel is damaged, accept it with a written reservation on the delivery note, photograph the damage and write to us within 48 hours. If the product is wrong or something is missing, email info@brindeasy.it within 7 days with a photo and your order number: replacement or refund is at our expense.

By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, with PayPal, or by bank transfer. The transfer must arrive within 3 working days, otherwise the order is cancelled. Your card details never pass through our servers: Stripe and PayPal handle them directly.
